For the ahead team we are looking for an enthusiastic salesperson who will be responsible for developing the existing client portfolio, reaching out to new clients and closing the whole sales cycle. Become part of a creative team that shares feedback openly while supporting and challenging each other in a good way and help us scale by selling an innovative product that is changing the way organizations engage with their employees through a modern intranet platform.

We are looking for strong personalities who know that leaving the comfort zone means success and have a positive “we can do it” attitude. There is a lot to do at ahead and we need your support for this!

Requisitos

- Native level of German (preferably Swiss German)
- 2+ years of experience in a sales role for the DACH market
- Previous experience in a startup within the technology industry is a plus
- Experience selling SaaS products
- Structured, methodical and detail-oriented mindset
- Open mindset and excellent communication skills
- You can work independently and come up with creative ideas
