Funciones

The Opportunity 

Due to continued business growth, a new opportunity has arisen for a Sales Support to join the Madrid office of M&G International Investments Ltd. You will be supporting the Spanish Sales Team in running the Spanish office, and to assist them in developing client relationships by acting as the office based point of contact for client queries.

What you will be doing: 

*You will be responding to client telephone enquiries as far as possible, prioritising and escalating appropriately when unable to resolve the issue
*Dealing with incoming email and post, fund material, reports and investment information received from Head Office
*Creating and updating Presentations and Spreadsheets
*Providing support on translations and translation reviews
*Distributing marketing information to clients
*Diary management including arranging meetings, booking travel and accommodation
*Planning and coordinating client events giving support to Events Team
*Creating and maintaining client database and mailing lists liaising with Investment Sales Dep.
*Assisting the sales team with diverse client reporting and administrative workload
*Assisting also with internal reporting requirements
*Maintain and optimise client data in our customer relationship management tool - Salesforce

Requisitos

What we are looking for:

You will need to be fluent in Spanish & English both written and spoken

We are looking for you to ideally be educated to at least university Diplomatura level (three year degree or similar) and have experience of working in an international environment.

You will have excellent organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise your workload with advanced knowledge of MS PowerPoint, Word and Excel. It is important for you to be a team player, flexible and have an enthusiastic attitude.
