Responsibilities:

As a Sales Trainee, you will learn to:
· Support the hotel's MICE sales processes, including, but not limited to, support in MICE-related RFPs, follow-up, negotiation, and contracting of group-related business.
· Support the MICE segment in the hotel from solicitation to completion of group transactions.
· Assist in drafting and/or accurately reviewing all sales contracts, rate agreements, and/or banqueting/catering orders.
· Regularly follow up with clients during and after check-out to ensure client satisfaction and secure future bookings.

Requisitos

· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to connect and build rapport with a diverse range of colleagues and customers.
· Display excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
· Driven and ambitious to consistently deliver and exceed service standards.
· Strong analytic and presentation skills, with frequent interaction with marketing, business development, and sustainability personnel in customer-facing sales opportunities.
