Job Description

Danfoss Cooling is looking for a project and internal Sales Training Specialist to coordinate various sales excellence projects and sales training webinar to internal sales people in Cornerstone based. The preferred candidate will have sales excellence experience in a global environment. The position will be based in Madrid, Spain or Belgrade, Serbia.

Key Tasks

• Coordinate and publish training webinar to internal sales people
• Owning and driving training process and plan for cross product lines
• Coaching and consulting for training
• Report on training statistic
• Project management of different sales excellence projects/process e.g. cross and up selling, value selling, quotation process, etc.
• Ad-hoc analysis and tool development

Qualification required

• Preferably a bachelor’s degree within sales and communication
• More than 3 years of working experience in sales excellence, sales and/or communication
• Good project management skill
• Good communication in English
• Skilled in Microsoft office package
• Familiar with training application like Cornerstone, SABA
• Attention to detail and excellent organization and analytical skills
• Ability to work well under pressure
• Team player willing to work collaboratively to achieve team targets
• Problem solving and cultures understanding
