Funciones

Sector - Travel & Real Estate

Main duties to include:

Admin and sales duties
Liaising with existing clients and suppliers
Procuring new clients - targets and commission apply.
Drafting letters, quotes, invoices and reports
Carrying out research, providing accurate information in a timely manner
Keeping website up-to-date with changes, special offers, news, blogs etc.
Preparing and sending out newsletters via mailchimp or similar

Requisitos

Essential skills:

Fluent English & Spanish
Excellent written & verbal communication skills
Professional telephone manner
Ability to perform sales, administrative and PA tasks
Excellent PC skills – Microsoft Office, knowledgeable about social media
Ability to work on own initiative, forward thinking and self motivated
Teamplayer
Fast paced with excellent attention to detail
Ability to prioritize, manage time efficiently, maximizing activity levels
Flexible approach, fast thinking, open to change and willing to learn and apply new skills
Driving license and own car
