Funciones

We are looking for a SAP MII Architect who will write functional specifications, coordinate system configuration and code creation, build prototypes, test solutions and supports deployment in pilot markets. The Senior Specialist will also manage ongoing release updates and support the maintenance of solutions.


Description

* Gather and evaluate functional requirements, write functional specifications, coordinate onshore and offshore developers, test scenarios and build prototypes for SAP based MII Manufacturing projects

 

 

 * Support deployment in pilot factories in all geographical zones

 

 

 * Manage the evolution of MII in the Nestle ISIT Landscape

 

 

 * Coordinate with the support teams the ways of installation of MII systems in the factories and the patching

 

 

 * Identify, build, test and implement changes to current systems with the objective to ensure compliance, improve performance and/or usability

 

 

 * Act as the third level of support for MII solutions, analysing and resolving incidents. Drive root cause analysis and implement permanent fixes with focus on continuous improvement.

 

 

 * Support the on-boarding and training of new team members


Profile

* Master or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Sciences or Engineering, or equivalent years of experience.

 

 

 * Fluency in English - both verbal and written.

 

 

 * Strong manufacturing/functional background along with the technical development skills around MII.

 

 

 * Minimum of 4 years' experience in implementing SAP MII, including:

 

 

 * Proven experience with SAP MII in multi-site installations in international companies

 

 

 * integration with shopfloor applications (e.g. MES) via SAP MII and S95 Messages

 

 

 * Building of applications on SAP MII (e.g. SAP OEE/SAP UI 5 screens) for multiple manufacturing sites

 

 

 * Integration with MES systems and factory automation layer (including Automation Control Systems, SCADA and Real-time Historians integration)

 

 

 * Integration with Quality processes in SAP QM

 

 

 * Understanding of the integration points with SAP BO/BW reporting

 

 

 * Knowledge of technical architecture and installation of MII environments and capability to work with SAP Basis, Security and other teams responsible for server and OS management.

 

 * Usage of MS Project and MS Office tools
 * 

Integration with WM/EWM applications for warehouse management is a plus
 * 

 

Knowledge of SAP PP-PI is a plus
