Main Responsibilities: As a Recruitment Intern, your responsibilities include: - Manage the whole recruitment cycle, from sourcing new candidates to closing recruitment processes - Be responsible for your own recruitment processes - Build successful and long-lasting relationships with candidates - Interview candidates both in video conference and in face-to-face meetings - Attend client meetings when needed - Achieve monthly and weekly targets to help you reach your goals
Key Languages: - Native level of English - English at a business level Core Skills / Experience: - Bachelor's degree (Grads or students) - People-oriented candidate, able to build successful relationships at a business level - Sales-oriented attitude, able to work under targets and pressure - Flexible personality, capable of adapting to rapid changes - Confident communication skills - Bright, confident, and energetic individual who is keen to learn and take ownership of his or her work - Attention to detail is essential - Professional and positive attitude
