Securitas Seguridad España S.A., needs to incorporate a Security Manager:

- Support the generation of trust to internal customers by providing the best security services of its kind focused on improving the security of all company associates.
- Responsible for implementing security plans, policies and programs.
- Drive day-to-day security operations, including oversight of the integrated security services portfolio.
- Develop performance metrics to track and improve individual, team, system, and site performance; establish and implement effective, predictable and measurable procedures or processes to be clearly communicated among stakeholders.
- Support business impact analysis (BIA) and help desk exercises.
- Help conduct comprehensive site safety assessments.
- Develop plans to close any potential gaps in security controls.
- Help with business continuity plan reviews.
- Maintain and review security budgets.
- Support the design and security operations at new facilities.
- Assist with the review and evaluation of the effectiveness of the guard force.
- Drafting of detailed work orders.
- Conduct initial workplace incident investigations (triage), site security audits, special event coordination, and other security or business continuity initiatives.
- Align metrics, goals, and strategic direction across all functional areas to support the team's overall mission.


Requisitos mínimos
Bachelor's Degree in Criminal Justice, Security, Law Enforcement, Business Management, Accounting or equivalent education or significant years of work experience.
Significant years' experience in Corporate Security, including managing teams.
A strong working knowledge of physical security systems and components.
Understanding of employment legislation relating to the provision of Security staff across the region, and their potential moves between providers.
Experience in the field of Business Continuity (BC)/Incident Management.
Familiarity with BC standards (e.g., ISO/BS 25999, 22301, etc.).
Experience of dealing with information and intelligence, interpreting security threats and risks and management of investigations.
Understanding of crisis operations, risk management, and crisis communication.
Understanding of international relationship building and development of cross-functional/peer relationships.
Experience writing and publishing security standards.
Skilled in developing metrics and in conducting security related trend analysis.
Ability to develop and deliver security awareness training programs.
Experience managing service providers and vendors.
Advanced skills in all Microsoft products.
Ability to travel 40-50% .
Must be fluent in English.

Requisitos deseados
Master's Degree in Criminal Justice, Security, Law Enforcement, Business Management, Accounting or equivalent education or experience.
CPP, PSP, CISSP or similar certification.
5+ years' experience implementing security programs or managing enterprise BC solutions/programs.
Experience with the collection and analysis of threat intelligence.
Ability to speak multiple languages that are common in the region.
