* Ownership of end-to-end lifecycle of features, from concept to deployment.
 * Contribute to technical and architectural decision-making.
 * Be part of a multidisciplinar team of engineers, designers, product owners.
 * Develop yourself as engineer using your annual learning budget to take courses and go to conferences.


Perfil del candidato

* Comfortable enough picking up new stacks and choosing the right tool to get the job done.
 * Be familiar with Go and PHP.
 * Previous experience working with AWS and Kafka
 * Experience and higly interested in participating in the whole development process. You don't mind getting your hands dirty, and work with legacy code.
 * Previous experience with good coding practices and principles.
 * Previous experience guiding a team through successful architectural and/or technical decisions.
 * Interest for testing
 * Fluent English.
