They know what the business is thinking about and who needs to be involved to get things produced. It's a highly influential role and is exposed to advanced business and technology concepts (early on). And if you enjoy working across complex projects, leading internal, partner teams, freelancers on a global basis - this role has it all. It's a tough and demanding job but highly rewarding.

 

You need to be well experienced in Microsoft Dynamics CRM (any of the other modules are also an advantage). This role is the champion of quality and well-structured pragmatic specifications (coordinating across teams where relevant) for our MS CRM Helpdesk and MS CRM Sales solutions.

The role is to guide the idea owner through the development process, review progress at set stages, ensure simplicity, lead well thought through solutions, deliver specifications on time and always question and check that the idea is being designed in the best possible way (Overall Solution, Simplicity, Quality, Optimal UX, Design, Third Party Integration, Speed of Delivery etc…)

 * Be a positive leader and motivator
 * Adhere to quality standards for specifications
 * Work with PMs and System Owners to plan delivery dates
 * Schedule and run demos for new features and capabilities
 * Sign-off at UAT and final testing certificates
 * Maintain all documentation in JIRA - linked to Smartsheets
 * Support post go live issues management and escalations (via support team)
 * Be prepared for unplanned accelerated requirements
 * Maintain deep system and business knowledge


Perfil del candidato

Professionally Trained BA, well known Corporate or Consultancy, detailed experience with JIRA and SmartSheets, communication with Sr. IT and Business Stakeholders (Managers and Executives), working with partners/contractors/third party suppliers and global teams (system owners, internal teams and stakeholders). Experience in software design and delivery, UX standards, technical integrations, Microsoft Dynamics CRM Sales and Helpdesk, deliver on a global scale etc…).

 

To be considered for this role - you will need to have experience in as many of the areas below as possible:

 

 * Specific Business Analyst training or certifications
 * Working with remote or distributed teams on a Global basis
 * Understanding of Software Development, System design, Digital, Web, Mobile, UX standards, solutioning and specification
 * Agile software development (how specification are written using Agile)
 * Excellent interpersonal skills, motivation, coordination and issues Mgt skills
 * Experience working with Executive and C-Level Mgt
 * Solid experience in MS Dynamics CRM (other module are an asset)
 * Related 'domain' experience as well (Ticketing, Sales process etc)

 

 * Strong educational background, BSc (Business, Engineering, Computer Science or related) required, MSc or above preferred.
 * Senior BA experience within a global Corporate or Consultancy
 * Specific Business Analyst training or certifications
 * Minimum 7+ years IT Experience
 * Excellent English, communication and presentation skills
 * Working with global delivery teams
 * Can develop strong relationships with stakeholders both internally and externally
 * Organised and analytical mind-set
