Reporting directly to the O2C Cash Allocations Team Lead, you will be responsible for the following tasks:

 * Liaising internally with O2C, P2P and R2R teams to ensure correct allocations.
 * First level escalation for any issues raised by team members.
 * First point of contact for other departments regarding team wide topics.
 * Controlling and investigating unallocated cash to meet the expected KPIs.
 * Reporting and reviewing of daily and monthly KPIs.
 * Assisting with O2C internal and external Audits.
 * Participate in the improvement of processes to increase team efficiency.
 * Back-up of their direct immediate manager as well as supervising the delegation of tasks.
 * Other ad-hoc Finance duties as required.


Perfil del candidato

* Administrative degree or equivalent.
 * Previous experience in Cash Allocation is required.
 * Accounting knowledge required.
 * Advanced Excel knowledge.
 * Good knowledge of O2C processes, metrics, and controls.
 * Dynamic, organized with a critical and methodical approach.
 * Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced team environment.
 * Previous experience in a leadership position will be valued

Requisitos
