Great marketing opportunity in Barcelona for native level of German speakers. * Act as a trusted business partner to local business leaders and German marketing team * Establish and own the customer journeys from a content-strategy perspective * Design outcome-oriented content campaigns (with program/campaign executives) * Ensure close alignment of regional content strategy (web, blog, media & social) with local business goals (integrated programs for candidate sourcing, lead acquisition & promotion) * Oversee content creation activities & deployment of all local content projects * Demonstrate tangible value & market impact of content through data-driven reporting * Actively experiment in a structured way with innovative content formats * Position PageGroup brands as a leader in the German recruitment market
Requisitos
* Degree educated - ideally from a linguistic, marketing or journalism related degree * Minimum of 4 years of experience in similar role * Creative mind able to conceive innovative ideas for new impactful content formats * Highly articulate with an excellent command of written German and English * Past roles in website management, SEO, content distribution or lead gen preferred * Previous experience in structuring content program in a multi-stakeholder, diverse and business-driven environment would be an advantage *Minimum of 4 years of experience in similar role with German
