Funciones

Promoising start up in tech sector is looking for senior candidates in CS area
 * Reporting to CEO and working closely with the Sales Director to develop the user experience across designated territories. Consider people capability, capacity, training and development plans, engagement, reporting and processes ensuring that service is fit for today and the future.
 * Develop strong working relationships with the relevant Direct Managers and Operational teams to lead and the shaping of in market processes and structures.
 * Work with all related parties to ensure all new processes and tasks are scalable
 * In partnership with the Marketing and Sales, design and drive the implementation of the customer services processes of the future that scale ahead of direct growth.
 * Review performance systems data, quality monitoring and user feedback to gain an understanding of strengths and weakness in current processes and systems.
 * Develop and implement new services to improve the customer experience

Requisitos

 * At least 5 years of Customer Success Management experience preferably in a startup
 * Be able to develop the strategy and conduct the implementations inside the operational CS team
 * Preferably past experience in CRM tools implementation and opening new markets
 * Able to travel
 * English highly fluent, Spanish desirable
