Funciones

Multinational company of Engineering sector is looking for a Senior Financial Analyst based in Madrid. The ideal candidate will have 10 years minimum of finance experience. At least 4 years working as Financial Analyst, FP&A, Business Controller in a multinational company from Engineering, Construction, or similar sectors. Very high english level is a must. Experience working with Oracle is a plus. Fluent in Chinese will be very desirable.


Description

Reporting to the CFO, the selected candidate will be responsible for the following responsibilities:

 * 

Analyze and report the closings (P&L + Balance Sheet + Cash Flow), providing explanation to the management of the deviations of actual figures vs. last year and different Budget Phases.
 * 

Research and resolve Corporate/Division/Territory(s) inquiries. Suggest tools optimization and advise on subsequent matters, in order to provide a basis for sound decision making.
 * 

Supporting role in performing the day to day general ledger accounting, financial reporting and analysis for assigned functional areas.
 * 

Supporting role in performing Balance Sheet account reconciliations, account analyst and other related accounting documents.
 * Prepares reports and suggest improvements in the financial management to CFO.
 * 

Elaboration and Reporting of Budget and the different updates during the Year. This comprises Sales, discounts, purchases, Margin, Expenses...
 * 

Participation in the elaboration of the Strategic Plan updated each year.
 * 

Analysis of commercial actions.


Profile

* Bachelors Degree in Accounting or Finance.
 * 10 years minimum of finance experience, with at least 4 years working as Financial Analyst, FP&A, Business Controller in a multinational company from Engineering, Construction, or similar sectors, is a must.
 * Very high English level is a must.
 * Fluent in Chinese will be very desirable.
 * Highly proficient in Excel.
 * Experience in ORACLE will be desirable.
 * Strong analytical ability and problem solving skills.
 * Customer service oriented.


Job Offer

* Salary Package: 55.000 - 65.000 euros fixed salary + bonus + social benefits
