SENIOR FINANCIAL PLANNING ANALYST (M/F/D)

YOUR TASKS

The Senior Financial Planning Analyst plays a critical role in the planning, reporting and analysis process. The role has high standing in the organization and reports directly to the CFO. The main tasks are:

• Analysis of financial information in order to determine the current performance and do modelling to develop insights into the company‘s future performance
• Identification of trends and recommendation of corresponding improvements
• Preparation of various ad-hoc analyses, reports and presentations for the board of directors and the Group HQ
• Creation of new reporting and streamlining of existing reporting processes
• Participation in lean management projects to improve systems and processes

YOUR PROFILE

• Bachelor‘s degree or equivalent from a college or university in accounting or finance
• 5 years of experience in finance roles of the global capital goods industry
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, as well experience in working with executive management and other key players
• Strong knowledge of financial and accounting concepts required
• Excellent analytical and financial modelling skills
• Knowledge of manufacturing process and cost accounting principles required
• Expert Microsoft Office skills; SAP FICO and LucaNet experience strongly preferred
• Business fluent Englisch, Spanish and German very advantageous
• Multitasking capability and ability to prioritize, team-oriented work, accountable, with a bias for action
