Main Responsibilities

- Provide direction and recruiting expertise to meet the current and future talent demands
- Develop robust and strategic sourcing plans and initiatives 
- Evaluate local markets and alternative recruiting sources, continuously improve the process and quality of our talent
- Develop and promote the employer brand
- Implement effective recruiting tactics and processes including sourcing, selection, interviewing and onboarding
- Determine hiring requirements to meet business goals and objectives
- Ensure that all legal, as well as audit & compliance standards, are adhered to across all contracts
- Oversee the starter and leaver process
- Ensure performance management tools and practices are implemented and developed 
- Reduce employee turnover and attrition
- Support the resolution of any employment tribunal claims
- Attend monthly compliance meetings and report back on HR compliance issues
- Ensure confidentiality and integrity of all information held on HR files, both manual and electronic in accordance with the Data 
- Protection legislation and GDPR
- Assist with the annual salary review process

Requisitos

Core Skills/experience

- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Behavioural Science, Human Resources, Human resource management or equivalent 
- At least 10 years of experience in management 
- Strong knowledge of Spanish labour law
- Ability to demonstrate experience in a wide range of HR related issues such as talent acquisition, employee retention, 
employee development and relations, payroll, and compensation and benefits
- Proven experience in a senior HR generalist role within a service environment
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to support the management to exceed the business objectives
