Our client is a very important automotive multinational company that is launching a Finance Shared Service Center in Madrid. They are looking for a Senior Invoice to Pay in SSC with SAP and Very High English Level. Minimum experience of 5 years in the Invoice to Pay/AP department in a multinational company. Previous experience in a SSC or Services Company would be very desirable.

The selected candidate will establish and develop a new financial services position within the Global Front Office and be responsible for leading the new project and ensure successful integration and implementation into the financial services accounting model. Therefore the selected candidate will be responsible for the following responsibilities in the Shared Service Center: 

 * Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring
technical feasibility.
 * Track project performance, specifically to analyse the successful completion of long-term goals of the AP area.
 * Ensure good cooperation with relevant stakeholders.
 * Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation of the AP area.
 * Present to management report on progress as well as problems and solutions of AP.
 * Secure that we have the right knowledge of AP and competence in place at the right time.
 * Support on developing Ad hoc activities related to reporting, analysis and metrics (KPIs) of the AP area.
 * Keep track of legislation, trends, latest news and external benchmark to ensure that the processes are "best
 in class".
 * Focus on quality, standardization and efficiency of the AP area.
 * Ensure compliance with current global principles, standards and frameworks.
 * Accounting advice within the area of responsibility.
 * Use and continually develop leadership skills.


Perfil del candidato

* University degree in Business Administration, Economics or similar.
 * Around 5-10 years advanced accounting experience.
 * Minimum experience of 5 years in the Invoice to Pay/AP department in a multinational company. 
 * Previous experience in a SSC or Services Company would be very desirable.
 * Knowledge of IFRS and local GAAP.
 * Experience working with SAP is a must.
 * Fluent in English both written and spoken. German is very desirable.
 * Good knowledge of Finance processes and policies in general and full ability of applying these in the daily
 work.
 * Sufficient experience and knowledge in the subject area.
 * Experience in executing global processes locally and working effectively in a global team.
 * Preferably with leadership experience and ability to coach and supervise less experienced.

Salary Package: 40.000 - 42.000 euros fixed salary + bonus + social benefits.
