ManpowerGroup is looking for a Senior Project Manager to join the Supply Chain Excellence team of a global pharmaceutical company in EMEA, leading a confidential, high-visibility and strategic “clean sheet” program within the MedTech Supply Chain organization.
You will join the EMEA Supply Chain Excellence Group, driving structure, alignment and execution while collaborating with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders in a dynamic, transformative environment.

Funciones
· Shape, plan, and deliver a high-impact strategic program.
· Manage several complex and interdependent sub-projects simultaneously.
· Apply structured project management methodologies for efficiency and transparency.
· Collaborate and influence cross-functional teams and senior leaders.
· Identify risks, define mitigation plans, and optimize outcomes.
· Manage budgets, resources, KPIs, and program reporting.
· Maintain documentation, dashboards, and communication flows.
· Ensure compliance, quality, and continuous improvement across the program.

Requisitos

· Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering or similar.
· 5+ years of experience in supply chain, project management, or PMO.
· Strong end-to-end supply chain understanding (customer service is a plus).
· Experience in complex, high-visibility projects and matrix environments.
· PMP, FPX or similar certification (preferred).
· Advanced English level.
· Structured approach and strong strategic thinking.
· Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
· Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
· High sense of ownership, autonomy, and accountability.
· Strong analytical and financial acumen.
· Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel.
· MedTech experience (a plus).
