Senior Receptionist (M/F) – Sublime Comporta

We are strengthening our team for the position of:

Senior Receptionist (M/F)
.

Responsibilities:

Provide reception services, ensuring an excellent welcome for guests;
Carry out check-in and check-out processes efficiently and in a personalized way;
Provide information and promote hotel services and experiences;
Know and promote all outlets and services of the property;
Manage special requests, complaints, and suggestions, ensuring proper follow-up;
Work closely with different departments;
Ensure compliance with defined quality and service standards.

Requisitos

Certified training in Tourism, Hotel Management, or similar areas;
Proven experience in the role, preferably in luxury hospitality;
Good knowledge of Host software, Outlook, and Office 365;
Fluency in English (mandatory); other languages will be valued;
High sense of responsibility, organization, and attention to detail;
Strong communication skills, resilience, and customer orientation;
Dynamism, proactivity, and autonomy.
