Do you have experience on recruitment?

We are looking for a Senior Consultant for a temporary RPO project in an important Architecture and Surface Design company.

You will be responsible of the selection and recruitment activities ensuring the full coverage of the vacancies; following the processes stipulated by the client to achieve the quality standard and stablished objectives.

Although this offer is of a temporary nature, once the contract has ended there is a real possibility of continuity within the company and even being incorporated into the client´s staff.

- Remuneration package: Fixed salary + Variable Salary + Important Social Benefits (Adecco Club - with advantages and discounts in more than 900 companies).
- Working hours: Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 18:00h. 
- Vacations:  28 days + 5 afternoons off during summer period.

Requisitos

Se requiere Licenciatura / Ingeniería Superior; Experiencia no requerida.

Requirements:

- Finished University studies, preferably in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Management or similar.
- 4+ years of proven experience as part of a talent acquisition team, performing selection processes.
- Fluent in English

- Design and plan the service and recruitment activities to attract talent.
- Ensure a frequent an open communication with the client, giving proper advise on the recruitment trends or follow up on the recruitment process. 
- Responsible of the full end to end process
- Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position- s requirements and competencies. 
- Source potential candidates.
- Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and face to face interviews.
- Publish open position to different job boards and social media.
- Candidate management, ensuring closure of the process and follow up during their onboarding in the company.
- Data management.
