Funciones

The selected candidate must perform the following tasks:
- Selection and recruitment of all types of profiles for the company. 
- Selection of junior and senior profiles at different stages of time. 
- Ability to work to be able to work on 10-15 processes simultaneously
- Work processes for the company at an international level every day. 
- Be the person responsible for selection from the HQ in Madrid. 
- Understand very well what the company and its culture need to be able to fine-tune the selection in all its teams and countries. 
- Report to HR director and teamwork with more people both in hard and soft. 
- Know how to transmit to future candidates the values and culture of the company.

Requisitos

The selected candidate must meet the following requirements:
- Bachelor or Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or RRLL (among others). 
- At least 4-5 years in the international recruiter position. 
- A consulting profile is highly valuable due to the high work capacity or that it comes from a multinational company with high recruitment. 
- Profile with a lot of work capacity, resilience and time management. 
- Person oriented to detail, results and with a team character. 
- A bilingual command of English is essential and valuable a third language (especially Portuguese) 
- Person used to selecting profiles for other countries from Spain 
- A happy, proactive profile that fits in with the marketing and e-commerce sector. 
- Person who loves technology.
