Funciones

We are looking to recruit a highly-organized, outgoing and goal-oriented Senior Regional Recruitment Manager to represent us in China and Northeast Asia. The chosen professional will be joining a young and international student recruitment team surrounded by higher education experts on our Barcelona campus.

Reporting to the head of sales and recruitment, the selected professional will work closely with the admissions, communications and career services departments in a highly varied and fast-paced role.

 

His or her responsibilities will include:

 

 * Manage and coordinate all digital marketing activities
 * Support the goals set in the marketing plan
 * Translate the company's objectives into marketing strategies
 * Improve search-engine rankings
 * Share qualitative content on different social media channels
 * Monitor and improve (if needed) company's online reputation
 * Create, send and answer email campaigns
 * Manage sales team and support with the recruitment of students from across several key Asian markets.
 * Student recruitment from assigned market
 * Strategic analysis of the opportunities in your assigned countries.
 * Building and maintaining relationships with regional agents and partner institutions
 * Attending recruitment fairs, seminars, workshops and other events in your assigned markets.
 * Reporting to Head of Sales on agendas and budgets for student recruitment trips.
 * A minimum of 90 days travel per year.


Perfil del candidato

The selected professional will need to work independently, identify opportunities for growth and build international relationships in a diverse range of markets and surroundings. In addition, he or she will need to work well within a large, diverse international sales team.

 He or she will also need:

 * A bachelor's degree (minimum).
 * International experience within higher education.
 * Excellent time management skills and experience of working to tight deadlines.
 * Excellent Chinese and English skills, both written and oral
 * Valid Work and Residency Permit in Spain. 
 * To be goal-oriented and focused on numbers.
 * Minimum experience of 2 years managing sales team
 * Familiarized with Baidu, WeChat, Weibo and other Chinese online marketing portals and social media


Oferta de empleo

A permanent contract

40 hours per week schedule, Monday-Friday, based on our Barcelona campus.

Competitive salary based on experience and qualifications; plus, sales-based bonus compensation.

Opportunities for extensive international travel.
