Descripción de la oferta 1 To manage a small (growing) team, designing the action plan for the and helping them to have a helicopter view of the business school and the sales. 2 To recruit, train, set priorities and goals, control, and evaluate the performance of the sales team (together with the Head of Sales) for the team 3 Set goals correctly per year, region, country, season, intake, campus, and program, and ensure their accomplishment. 4 Identify the strengths and weaknesses of each team member of the region and develop their skills to their full potential so they can work independently in their markets and contribute effectively to the continuous growth of the business school´s recruitment. 5 Plan, supervise and control the preparation of biannual planning of trips, fairs, registration for events, and budgets for the region. 6 Assist the regional sales team with questions and doubts about recruitment, admissions, trip planning, and vacations. 7 Embrace cultural differences in the regional sales team and help them work together. 8 Reporting of Sales for the region to management. 9 Assisting the Head of Sales in the development of the 360-marketing plan that will be applied to the Sales department. 10 Business Development in Education Market, work actively with educational agencies, international schools, universities, educational exhibition organizers, embassies, and other relevant stakeholders. 11 Carry out marketing research to advertise and recruit more effectively, develop the market, and improve student enrolment results. 12 Agency contracting, nurturing, and generating applications and enrolments. 13 International school visiting, info session presentations, keeping close contact with guidance counsellors in higher education and careers office. Branding and promoting the university among students and successfully enrolling students from international schools. 14 University program collaboration and exchange program. 15 Admission process management. 16 CRM system management, PBI analysis and reporting. 17 Traveling minimum 60 days per year (outside Europe) 18 Direct reporting to the Senior Regional Manager with whom the development strategy for the assigned markets will be built and executed. Perfil del candidato * Higher education degree, preferred in business administration, marketing, PR and communication or similar. * Overseas studying and/or working experience * 1-3 years of experience in sales and/or marketing, preferably in the education sector.
