Our client is a Start-up with more than 5 years of experience focused on the development of a brand new SaaS product, which will provide efficient and better solutions in terms of business administration. The IT team is composed by a team of 15 people, mostly focused on Back-end development, and now, they are looking for someone who can manage all the Front-end needs. They work in an international environment using English as the main language, and they also has bought new offices here in Barcelona.

Funciones
Work as a Senior RoR developer for an international Start-up focused on the development of a disruptive SaaS product. You will be on charge of all the Back-end needs (with your other team mates), implementing and defining new architectures, designing new features, and also providing innovative solutions with the objective to take the SaaS product to the next level. Remote policy: 100% Remote. * Product development in Ruby/Rails of a hospitality-related web-based product. * Integrations between our platform to 3rd party APIs. * Work in an Agile environment with strong attention to scalability (We serve hundreds of thousands of unique visitors per month through our CMS). * Discuss, question, challenge, and offer technical solutions to product needs alongside the Product and Design Teams. * Being able to mentor, coach, and train other colleagues as a domain expert. * Identify bottlenecks, bugs and propose solutions.
Requisitos
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. * 5 years+ experience in web development. * 3 years+ experience in Ruby on Rails. * Python Experience is also well valuated. * Proven knowledge of OOP, databases, development, and test methodologies. * Obsession for quality and testing. * Strong communication skills.
