As a Sales Team Leader, your responsibilities include:
-Manage, coach and guide a motivated sales team of executives to achieve target within your business unit 
-Ensure that the client’s expectations are met
-Oversee forecast preparation and identify new sales opportunities and developments
-Develop sales strategies
-Strengthen relationship with developed client portfolio

Requisitos

Key languages: 
-Full Professional level of English
-Native level of Spanish
-Professional level of Catalan will be a plus

Core Skills/Experience:
-Mandatory experience in managing a sales team
-Previous experience in advertising sales involving agencies
-Preferably, a Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field
-Strong team player with great leadership skills, adaptable and dynamic
-Good people skills
-Being passionate about sales, technology, and the internet, with a desire to learn and develop
