Funciones

Important company located in Barcelona is searching for a Team Lead for the Service Desk.


Description

* Global Technology support competencies.
 * Collaborate with Management and take strong ownership on tasks & projects.
 * Identify gaps and propose continuous improvement.
 * Automatise and optimise manual tasks.
 * Manage chases & escalations and keep the Management & key stakeholders informed.
 * Ability to handle demanding customers and communicate at all levels including Executive Board Level.
 * Manage people and projects
 * Fluent in English.


Profile

* Ideally educated to degree level in IT and/or computing technologies.
 * At least 4 years' experience in IT Support Analyst.
 * Customer focused and committed to improving all aspects of the customer experience.
 * Technical and customer support experience in a company is desirable.
 * ITIL Foundation Certification (preferred).
 * A broad level of skills across PC hardware and software systems including: Windows 10, Active Directory, Windows Terminal Services, Citrix Metaframe, MS O365, Thin Client Terminals, Database Systems, Exchange, VoIP Cisco CUCM.
 * Desirable skills in MAC OS and SSCM knowledge.
 * Good English level.
