As an SEO Executive, you are a key pillar in our ambitious goal to become the industry's leading digital service by supporting our local markets in their online quest for the most qualified candidates and clients.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Whether it's candidates searching for a job, employees looking for career advice or employers looking to hire, many of our customer's journeys start through a search engine. In your role, it will be your responsibility to maximize PageGroup's visibility on them. You will be tasked with improving our search ranking, increasing our organic traffic and, as a result, increasing conversions on our 22 websites in Europe.

 You won't be alone in this. In our Barcelona shared service center, you will be supported by a team of 10+ digital marketing professionals, working together with a wider marketing community based in our 13 countries in continental Europe. For the execution of your plans you will be able to count on the support of regional and local SEO agencies.

Supported by our regional and local SEO agencies, as well as our internal content and website teams, your responsibilities will be as follows: 
 * Perform research and strategy analyses (audits, competitor analyses, keyword research, content gap analyses).
 * Shape and oversee the successful execution of a pan-European SEO strategy.
 * Lead our SEO agencies in supporting our strategy.
 * Support our website team with on-site optimization initiatives, and collaborate with our product owners by providing key SEO insights and requirements.
 * Own the SEO performance reporting process, with the support of our digital analysts.
 * Present, set and defend the strategy together with senior management in the local business.

Requisitos

For this role, we are looking for an SEO generalist that has seen it all, from keyword research, to on-page optimization, to linkbuilding and outreach. The successful candidate is a digitally literate, pro-active marketer with passion for technology and new media, ready to advance their career in an innovative and international environment.

The desired profile includes 3+ years of proven SEO track record, including:
 * On-page content optimization experience
 * Technical SEO know-how (examples: hreflang /canonical/ 301 redirects)
 * Mastery of SEO tools (examples: Semrush / Screaming Frog/ Search Console)
 * Third-party agency management experience

Our ideal candidate is also:
 * Curious about new developments in the field of SEO and digital marketing in general,
 * High proficiency of Google Analytics, Excel and reporting platforms like PowerBI are a must.
 * Excellent oral and written command of the English language. Any other European language is considered a plus
