As a Search Executive, you are a key pillar in our ambitious goal to become the industry's leading digital service by supporting our local markets in their online quest for the most qualified candidates and clients.


Description

Whether it's candidates searching for a job, employees looking for career advice or employers looking to hire, many of our customer's journeys start through a search engine.

In your role, it will be your responsibility to help maximise PageGroup's visibility on them. You will be in responsible for executing the outlined SEO strategy with the aim of improving our search rankings, increasing our organic traffic and, as a result, increasing conversions on our 22 websites in Europe.

You won't be alone in this. In our Barcelona shared service center, you will be supported by a team of 10+ digital marketing professionals, working together with a wider marketing community based in our 13 countries in continental Europe. For the execution of your plans you will be able to count on the support of our SEO agency as well as our internal content and website teams.

Your responsibilities will be as follows:

 * Perform research and strategy analyses (audits, competitor analyses, keyword research, content gap analyses)
 * Be the liaison for the successful implementation of a pan-European SEO strategy
 * Lead our SEO agencies in supporting our strategy
 * Oversee the localization of keywords and content in cooperation with the SEO agency for the different European countries.
 * Use a variety of SEO tools to undertake keyword research
 * Support our website team with on-site optimization initiatives, and collaborate with our product owners by providing key SEO insights and requirements.
 * Report on the SEO performance, with the support of our digital analysts
 * Keep up to date with the latest SEO news, trends, and Google algorithm updates


Profile

This is a great opportunity for a highly driven, data-led individual who is keen to learn more about SEO and can support the execution of our organic search strategy. The successful candidate is a digitally literate, pro-active marketer with passion for technology and new media, ready to advance their career in an innovative and international environment.

The desired profile includes 1+ years of proven SEO track record, including:

 * On-page content optimization experience
 * Keyword research and keyword localisation
 * Technical SEO know-how (examples: hreflang /canonical/ 301 redirects)
 * Mastery Knowledge of SEO tools (examples: Semrush / Screaming Frog/ Search Console / Google Analytics)
 * Third-party agency management experience

Our ideal candidate is also:

 * Curious about new developments in the field of SEO and digital marketing in general,
 * Experience with Google Analytics, Excel and Data Studio. Communicative. Excellent oral and written command of the English language. Any other European language is considered a plus
