We recruit candidates with costumer support experience or relevant studies for an important IT Service Centre company located in the capital of Tenerife, in Santa Cruz de Tenerife. -Customer Service and IT support -Problem resolution -IT troubleshooting -Computer or Software consultations -Tracking capabilities of all incoming problems -Problem escalation proceedures
Requirements -Advanced communications skills. -IT Skills including MS Office Skills. -Basic understanding of the principles, theories, and practices of group dynamics and/or team development. -Customer Orientation. -Previous helpdesk experience & ideally in an IT environment -English C1
Conditions -Paid training program of three weeks -6 month contract with the possibility to continue -Full time position 40 hours a week with rotating shifts 24*7 -Salary: 12.650€ gross a year
