Funciones
Support the sales team to satisfy a specific need of the client with the solutions that our Company can provide.
This is specified in:
• Sales Support: presentations, demonstrations, pilots and product formation in clients.
• Integration, installation, start-up and configuration of hardware and software in clients.
• Channel requirements, improvements or additional developments of clients with Central Support (L3).
•Software. Design, development, improvement and verification.
• Documentation related to:
o Specifications of changes and improvements requested by the client
o Client reports.
o Training courses.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
• Ensure the good results of the pilot of the proposed solution to favor the sale.
• Facilitate the implementation of the solution in the client, once accepted, through the automation and / or centralization of processes, and coordination with other departments of the Company.
• Improve our solutions for better service and performance.
• Provide software solution and technical support to business partners during pilot projects
• Provide consultancy for connectivity development to integrate Glory products into existing IT infrastructure
• Deliver technical training to business partners
Requisitos
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Education level:
• Computer Science, or similar.
• Solid computer programming background and good knowledge about PC networks, Data Bases, Servers, Internet, and Windows environment. Linux will be evaluated.
• Knowledge on web services technology and programming languages such as XML, C or C ++, Java or .NET
• Basic knowledge on Jboss or Websphere would be an advantage
• English conversational level.

Posición permanente con contrato temporal inicialmente.
Banda salarial desde 33.000€ a 37.000€ según experiencia del candidato/a.
Horario: de Lunes a viernes de 09:00 a 17:30 horas, jornada intensiva en verano.
