Funciones

In your job as Spa Manager, you will manage and train a multicultural team consisting of receptionists, masseurs and beauticians. With your professional and economic leadership, you ensure the ROBINSON quality standards and are responsible for the business results. In addition, you will manage the spa offers and treatments in the WellFit spa area in close cooperation with the ROBINSON headquarters and take care of the entire administrative area, such as ordering, inventory and employee scheduling. Finally, you will ensure that the spa area runs smoothly so that our guests can feel completely at ease

Requisitos

- Ideally knowledge of cosmetics, massage/physiotherapy and spa reception
- Experience in the management of a spa or wellness area in a 4- 5 star hotel
- Good people skills and experience in managing a multicultural team
- Sound business management knowledge in the spa sector
- Ideally further training in wellness & spa management
- Experience in working with spa software
- Knowledge of English and fluency in German
