Your responsibilities as Spanish-LATAM Customer Support Representative include:

 * Monitoring the Spanish-LATAM Social Media content in order to achieve the company guidelines.
 * Reporting the social media engagements within the accounts. 
 * Manage other administration related tasks.
 * Revising the content carefully and evaluating in accordance with the relative country.
 * Screen contents that may contain graphic images.
 * Monitor and report on feedback and online reviews.
 * Responding to comments and customer queries in a timely manner.

Requisitos

 * Fluent written and spoken communication skills in Spanish and English are essential.
 * Affinity with online media and social networks.
 * Strengths in efficiency, accuracy and empathy.
 * Awareness for current cultural, political and social events.
 * Goal-oriented work approach and flexibility.
 * Valid working permit for Spain/ NIE
