From our Interim Management team, we are looking for a Store Development Manager to join one of our clients: a well-known international premium fashion company, recognized for its strong brand identity, timeless design and global retail network.

Funciones del puesto
· Lead store and corner opening projects from planning to final delivery.
· Coordinate internal teams (Marketing, Retail, Wholesale) and external partners.
· Act as project leader and main point of contact for each opening.
· Work closely with the global architecture studio, local architect, and Finance and Retail teams.
· Review construction and shop drawings throughout all project phases.
· Manage contractors and suppliers, including tenders and bidding processes.
· Control project budgets, costs, payments and deliveries.
· Conduct quality control and site visits.
· Oversee store maintenance projects and refurbishments.
· Supervise the store maintenance team.

Requisitos

· 3–5 years of experience in store development, architecture, interior design or project management.
· Degree in Architecture or Interior Design.
· Strong technical and construction knowledge.
· Ability to plan and manage several projects at the same time.
· High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
· Comfortable working in a fast-paced, multitasking environment.
· Availability to travel abroad.
· Fluent English (French is a plus).
