Funciones

Arctic Juice & Cafe
As Store Manager in Verbier, you will be responsible for the smooth day-to-day running of the café, leading your team on the floor, and acting as the main point of contact between your store and our HQ (Operations, Finance and Admin teams).
This is a hands-on management role, you will work shoulder-to-shoulder with your team while also driving performance, maintaining standards, and ensuring an outstanding guest experience.

* Oversee all daily store operations, maintaining a welcoming and efficient environment
* Lead, motivate and develop the store team, fostering a positive and collaborative culture
* Build and manage staff schedules, ensuring optimal coverage at all times
* Serve customers directly and set the standard for exceptional guest service
* Handle cash management, daily reconciliations, and till operations
* Manage stock levels, place orders, and coordinate with suppliers to prevent shortages
* Ensure the store is always clean, organised, and brand-compliant
* Act as the key liaison between the store and HQ - Operations, Finance, and Admin
* Monitor sales performance, flag variances, and contribute to cost control
* Onboard and train new team members in line with company standards
* Ensure compliance with health, hygiene, and safety regulations at all times

Requisitos

* Proven experience in a similar management role in hospitality or food & beverage
* Natural leader with strong communication and people management skills
* Highly organised, detail-oriented and able to handle multiple priorities at once
* Customer-first mindset and a passion for delivering great experiences
* Comfortable working with cash, reporting tools, and basic admin systems
* Proactive, autonomous, and at ease in a fast-paced, seasonal environment
* Fluent in English and French (Spanish/Swedish would be a plus)
* Swiss work permit or EU/EFTA nationality required
