Funciones

As a Supervisor at Megapark , your main responsibility is to oversee the seamless operation of an asigned department, ensuring that every aspect of the venue runs smoothly and efficiently . You’ll ensure that protocols are strictly followed, and you’ll be the key point of contact for troubleshootong and finding solutions to any issues that arise during the service 

Requisitos

Previous supervisory or management experience in high-volume environments such as hospitality, events, or nightlife 
Studies related to tourism, restaurant management, MBA, are valued 
Fluent in English, Spanish, German or Dutch (Professional or fluent level) 
Strong attention to detail and ability to oversee and control multiple operations simultaneously 
Excelent problem solving skills and abilityto implement solutions quickly effectively 
Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations 
Experience in enforcing company policies and maintaining operational standards 
Team work ability  
Available to work flexible shifts, including weekends and nights 
Idiomas requeridos: Español e Inglés. Alemán y Holandés son un plus
