We are now hiring a Supply Chain Specialist that ensures that client orders are taken in, processed and carried out with precision to make sure the client receives their products on time, while also act as a customer service representative and after sales specialist, being the single point of contact for the clients.

Logistics

 * Take in orders from clients
 * Convert these orders into data suitable for the production of the products ordered
 * Making the products ready for shipment
 * Ensuring the driver or transport company is fully informed about the shipments at hand
 * Testing the packaging, radiation level at surface etc for outgoing and incoming shipments
 * Preparing the customs clearance
 * Book the flights and other means of transport to get the products to the client on time
 * Creating and checking transportation documents
 * Making schedules to plan drivers and outsourced transports
 * Tracking shipments

Customer care

 * Answering questions from clients by phone and email
 * Providing solutions for risen problems or difficulties
 * Relaying customer questions to third party producers where necessary
 * Relaying customer questions to management level where needed

Compliance

 * Making sure all logistics operations comply with standards


Perfil del candidato

Education (minimum/desirable):

 * Bachelor's degree in logistics or related training

Experience (several years):

 * 2+ years of experience in high demand logistics

Languages:

 * Spanish & English fluently, verbally and in writing


Oferta de empleo
