Description

We are looking for an organized, proactive professional and development generalist with experience in 2nd and 3rd level support, willing to take the ownership of his/her product and to promote improvements together with the development, DevOps, data scientists, and pharma specialists teams.

 * Integrate into the current support flow for the IoT and Cloud-based platform, maintained in AWS, and customized apps.
 * Triage, prioritize and analyze the incoming questions and perform the first research to determine root causes in order to redirect tickets.
 * Manage a ticketing system and support flow, and continuously improve the method.
 * Receive, handle and prioritize support requests in English from the users of our SaaS
 * Proactively solve the inquiries up to a 2nd / 3rd level, properly escalating to Development, DevOps or Security when needed and collaborating with them to solve & improve our solution.
 * Reproduce reported bugs in testing environments, for further troubleshooting.


Profile

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Sciences or Telecommunications Engineering
 * Working experience in Technical Support for Web Applications
 * Working experience in Web Applications development ( Java, Python or JavaScript )
 * Technical troubleshooting experience - finding bugs and providing 1st level root cause analyses
 * Interest and knowledge in AI / ML / DL and Big Data
 * Curious and proactive
 * Capable of working with a dynamic product that is ever changing and evolving rapidly
 * Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills
 * Ability to take smart risks and champion new ideas
 * Team player, collaborative, innovative, get things done mind
