Funciones

We are looking to recruit "Support Workers" to the UK to support adults with disabilities, learning difficulties, mental health problems, communication and integration issues, challenging behaviours and various dependencies. You may be required to provide support in institutions (such as schools and Hospitals) or at the individuals homes.
 
Duties:

• Provide support as part of the promotion of independence,
• Be an active part of the care plan that will help the individual, learn life skills, make life decisions and enhance inclusion in the community,
• Support individual with their daily life activities – Includes help with their personal care if necessary,
• Provide support with individuals leisure time and social activities
• Budgeting,
• Support with individuals’ appointments,
• Encourage customers to participate in community events.

Requisitos

• You must have the right to work in the UK,
• Previous experience working with Children or Disabled people is desirable, but no essential
• English B1 as minimum
• Ability to work under pressure
• Ability to work as part of a team or at your own initiative
• Flexible
• Have a good sense of humor and be a calm person

Se ofrece

• Specific Training for the function and induction will be provided
• Full-time permanent employment contract
• Salary between £15,500 to £23,500
• Support with accommodation
