Support workers in the UK
The locations are: Birmingham, Peterborough, Ipswich, Stowmarket, Colchester, Hastings or Eastbourne
These depends on what and where we have vacancies at the time when candidate arrives in UK.
 
The candidate has to pay for his/her plane ticket to UK and have some money for expenses ( food ) until they start receiving their salary. ( the salary will be paid at the end of each month on 30/31 of the month ).

Requisitos

The candidate has to:
•	Speak English (conversational level); 
•	Be able to have a 30 minutes conversation in English
•	Have the right to work in the UK.
•	Be ok doing personal care (changing diapers, wash the residents, etc);
•	Wish to work with young adults with learning disabilities (age 18-50)
•	Understanding that clients might have sometimes challenging behaviour
•	Stay 6 months in the accommodations provided by the company if they need help at the beginning
•	Sign a 1 year contract and understand that if they leave earlier will have to pay a fee towards the company (£250) for the training.
El candidato tiene que:
• Hablar inglés (nivel de conversación); B1
• Poder tener una conversación de 30 minutos en inglés
• Tener derecho a trabajar en el Reino Unido.
• Estar bien haciendo cuidado personal (cambiar pañales, lavar a los residentes, etc.);
• Deseo trabajar con adultos jóvenes con discapacidades de aprendizaje (de 18 a 50 años)
• Comprender que los clientes pueden tener a veces un comportamiento desafiante
• Hospédese durante 6 meses en los alojamientos provistos por la empresa si necesitan ayuda al principio
• Firme un contrato de 1 año y entienda que si se van antes tendrá que pagar una tarifa a la empresa (£ 250) por la capacitación.

Se ofrece

The Company offers:
•	Full time contract (36 h/week)
•	Overtime available (up to 60h/week)
•	£8/h (flat rate).
•	Sleeps in (1 or 2 per week) paid with £25 to £35 /night
•	28 days paid holiday / year.
•	Initial training (one week) free of charge, ongoing training (over 1 year) up to NVQ 3, free of charge. The training is paid at the rate of £7,50/h. 
•	Support for all candidates to get their National Insurance Number and a bank account once arrived in UK.
•	Accommodation provided if needed (around £400/month, including bills). 
La compañía ofrece:

• Horas extras disponibles (hasta 60 horas por semana)
• £ 8 / h (tarifa plana).
• Capacidad para dormir (1 o 2 por semana) pagada con £ 25 a £ 35 / noche
• 28 días de vacaciones pagas / año.
• Entrenamiento inicial (una semana) sin costo, entrenamiento continuo (más de 1 año) hasta NVQ 3, sin costo. El Training  se paga a razón de £ 7,50 / h.
• Soporte para que todos los candidatos obtengan su número de seguro nacional y una cuenta bancaria una vez que hayan llegado al Reino Unido.
