Funciones

This person will be hired in the Infrastructure team to manage all servers, backups, applications offered through Citrix or SCCM. This is a challenging missing with a global scope, where the holder of this position will be responsible for Global Infrastructure environment, supporting more than 2000 end-users in our different plants globally.

Consider the unique contribution this role makes to the organization you will :

- Act as the all-round Infrastructure specialist of the ICT Team specialized in:
* Application Management
* SCCM Management
* Backup management
* Server Maintenance
* VMWARE and HYPER-V Management

- Participate in strategic programs like VOIP, SCCM and Group Policy management.
- Proactively manage the ongoing support model for the technologies under the scope of responsibility, ensuring that service design is built into proposals.
- Lead the resolution of Infrastructure related incidents and issues, ensuring a high standard of case management and ownership. This will include working closely with suppliers and undertaking investigations and diagnosing performance and service related issues, ensuring that key stakeholders are kept informed.
- Maintain an efficient communication together with other ICT specialists.
- Create a suitable work environment together with the different Business Units.
- Provide 2nd and 3rd line support within the scope of responsibility.
- Create and update manuals and documentation.

Requisitos

Required:
* Bachelor's degree in IT, technical or similar discipline.

Appreciated:
* Experienced in Industrial and/or Chemical sector.

Other:
* You know your way around the Microsoft Landscape.
* You have experience with all aspects of modern IT.
* Strong verbal skills, to coordinate changes with business, external providers, etc.
* You can work in an orderly fashion and will consider the end user experience as most important.
* Other European language will be a plus.
* Certifications within the scope of responsibility are a plus.

EXPERIENCE:
* A 5 years' strong experience in a technical support environment or field experience.
* Strong experience with Windows, Microsoft office, O365.
* Good knowledge in Administration and support of Microsoft server 2016/2019 systems, Active Directory and GPO.
* Good experience with Azure in the Cloud is a plus.
* Good analytical and problem solving skills.
* Strong troubleshooting background.
* Experience in other topics such as VOIP, SCCM and Group Policy management are a plus.
