Description

* Managing hires documentation.
 * Manage all recruitment processes, coordinating with providers. 
 * Supporting recrtuiment and L&D.
 * Check list and exits.
 * Managing benefits like meal tickets, medical insurance etc.
 * Doing POs for suppliers invoices.
 * Making offers to candidates.
 * Manage employee absence, sick leaves, etc.


Profile

* 4 year experience in similar role.
 * Bachelor's Degree.
 * English and Spanish Fluent.
 * The person needs to be very focused on details.
 * Extremely well organized.
 * Likes to work in excel.
