French Speakers! We are looking for an experienced Recruiter for a Shared Services Centre in Barcelona. The mission of this job is to present quality candidates that match the business needs. Leading a consistent and timely recruitment process to ensure a positive candidate and hiring experience. Description * Scheduled briefing interview with Hiring Manager and HR Business Partner. * Screens and reviews potential candidates. * Leads the Briefing Call discussion to ensure the Job is well defined, profile is well understood, and sourcing strategy is agreed upon recruitment team. * Ensure all positions are posted in job boards, making sure they comply with the internal policies. * Ensure all internal candidate applications are addressed ensuring a positive candidate experience. * Evaluates previously screened candidates. * Interviews qualifying candidates to ensure they meet job requirements. * Maintains active communication between HR and stakeholders to share candidate feedback, in order to refine candidate search. * Supports & advises the Hiring Manager during the entire recruitment process. * Ensure a positive candidate and manager experience through a high-quality recruitment process focused on feedback and communication. * Coordinates interviews with managers & stakeholders. * Drives diversity in the slates and compliance in the hiring practices while acting as a strategic advisor to the business. * Enhance the branding strategy in partnership with local HR teams and lead special recruitment projects which may include new technology implementations, talent analytic, young talent pipeline, etc. * In partnership to develop proactive talent pipelines based on the future needs of the organisation. * Closely partners with our business managers and HR partners to identify and assess the future skills and competencies to lead the organisation forward. Profile * Bachelor's Degree in business, Economics, HR, Finance or another related field. * 4-6 year's experience in recruitment. * Proven resourcing / talent acquisition skills (end-to-end) from line manager briefings and search strategies to offer management in a large corporate environment. * Experienced in the management of complex stakeholders and building excellent working relationships with new and existing colleagues, managers and candidates. * An ability to provide compelling information to influence both hiring managers and candidates alike. * Ability to Project Manage the full recruitment cycle. * Fluency in French & English (any other additional language is a plus) Job Offer * Permanent contract.
