The chosen candidate will be responsible of the following tasks: * Management of the recruitment and selection processes of the company. * Management of the HR processes of Recruitment and Selection o different profiles based on competencies. * Guarantee the quality of the processes within the established deadlines. * Internally interlocution with the different areas for the detection of needs of new incorporations, priorities, monitoring of incorporated candidates, etc. * Management and direct and continuous dialogue with the different selection providers * Management of different sources of recruitment. * Management of BBDD, Reporting and Selection reports.
The chosen candidate should have the following skills: * Higher education (Psychology, ADE, Law, similar). Valued Maste in HR. * Advanced knowledge of Excel. * Valuable that he has worked making selection by competences. * Advanced English (necessary to do English interviews and presentations). * Proven experience of 2-4 years in a position of Selection * Technician accustomed to managing high levels of selection /incorporations. * Previous experience in multinational environment. * Valuable Workday Recruiting Knowledge.
