Empleo
We are looking for a Recruitment Specialist with experience in all sorts of profiles, to deal with junior and intermediate level positions.

As a Recruitment Specialist, your main responsibilities will be:

-Conduct in-depth consultation with the business in order to fully align candidate sourcing activities with the role requirements (current and future).
- Identify strategies to search, source and attract both active and passive candidates in the market for current vacancies.
-Deliver a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, including candidate screening, interview, assessment, feedback and offer negotiation
-Maintain strong subject matter expertise in order to provide advice on market knowledge, competitor analysis and best practice approaches
-Provide monthly MI reporting to Head of Talent CoE relating to pre-defined recruiting metrics and measures

Requisitos

Experience

-2 years´ experience in full life-cycle talent acquisition, staffing and recruiting (minimum national level)
-Native level of French, Italian or German
-High volume and corporate recruitment experience
-Recruitment through multiple channels – social media, careers site, networking and agreed preferred suppliers
-Experience of working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple vacancies simultaneously
-Demonstrated ability to build relationships and establish trust with hiring managers and HR colleagues
-Proficiency using ATS systems

Skills

-A team player and willingness to pitch in when needed on various recruiting initiatives and projects
-Highly organized with the skills and ability to effectively prioritize a very busy workload
-Ability to adapt to change and seek opportunities for improvement
-Has learning agility and keeps up to date with latest approaches for talent acquisition
