Funciones

Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, collaborating closely with hiring teams to fully understand their needs and identify the best talent.
Act as a trusted partner, providing market insights, strategic recommendations, and support throughout the decision-making process.
Develop creative sourcing strategies, especially for challenging roles, using tools like LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing resources.
Use data to continuously improve our hiring processes by identifying opportunities for optimization and automation.
Contribute to strengthening our employer brand, creating content and participating in initiatives that reflect who we are as a company.
Represent the company at events and educational partnerships, helping to build a strong future talent pipeline.

Requisitos

A degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition.
Hands-on experience using sourcing tools, especially LinkedIn Recruiter.
Strong internal client orientation and the ability to build trusted partnerships.
A proactive, resilient mindset and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
Highly organized and detail-oriented, with a continuous improvement mindset.
Fluency in English and Spanish. French and Italian are a plus.
