Funciones

After an interactive and practical induction training in which you will acquire all the necessary skills to succeed, you will be incorporated in the French Page Outsourcing team. As Recruiter you will work on your own massive recruitment projects for clients based in France.

Primary Responsibilities:

After a period of training on our tools, our processes and candidate calls, your main responsibilities will be:
 * Brief to discover the precise needs of the clients
 * Search for candidates (direct approach, social networks, job boards, …)
 * Phone pre-qualifications of the candidates
 * Interviews of candidates via visio
 * Coaching of candidates throughout the recruitment process
 * Advising clients regarding recruitment needs based on market knowledges
 * Regular follow-ups with HR representatives to update them on the process
 * Implementation of actions to identify candidates on the most demanding positions.
 * Update of the databases and team progress reporting.
 * Constant link with candidates to ensure the expected level of quality.

Requisitos

Primary Requirements:
 * Graduated with a Bachelor or Master, you have at least one experience, ideally in recruitment.
 * You are fluent in French and with a B1 level English.
 * You have good communication skills.
 * You are results orientated.
 * You like to evolve in a dynamic environment.
