Funciones

We are looking for an experienced Tax Manager.

The main duties are:

 * Responsible for all taxes and processes of all legal entities.
 * Create and mantain corporate tax procedures and policies.
 * Responsible for all transfer pricing documentation and intercompany operations and group's transfer pricing policy.
 * Maintaining the tax control framework.
 * Supporting any other department regarding all tax matters.
 * Communication with internal and external auditors (and foreign Tax Advisors).
 * Management and control of Tax requirements and Tax inspections of Spanish and foreign companies (working with external tax advisors).
 * Managing and control any tax issue within the group related to trips 8expats, travel expenses, 7p).
 * Managing R+D+I deductions in Corporate Income Tax.
 * Maintain the Group chart of accounts.
 * Prepare Monthly and annual financial statements (individual and consolidated).
 * Monthly intercompany reconciliations (customers, vendors, credits, loans,...).
 * Managing and mantain intragroup contracts (loans, fees,..)
 * Support Global Finance manager to any kind of other issue related to the Group.


Perfil del candidato

The selected candidate must own:

 * Economics/law degree + Taxation master's degree.
 * English advanced is a must.
 * 5 years experience in multinational companies.
