At Pacto, a leading talent acquisition and recruitment consultancy, we are currently seeking a key professional on behalf of one of our major clients.

Our client is a well- established company in the construction and infrastructure sector, currently experiencing strong market growth and developing major projects in Barcelona. To support their expanding team, they are looking for a qualified, motivated, and detail- oriented Tax and Account Specialist.

Key Responsibilities
- Financial & Accounting Management: Coordinate and supervise the accounting of financial transactions in accordance with local and international regulations.
- Validation & Closings: Review and validate bank reconciliations, accounts receivable/payable, fixed assets, and provisions. Ensure timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closings.
- Financial Analysis: Prepare, analyze, and present accurate financial statements and accounting reports for management and regulatory bodies.
- Internal Auditing: Plan and conduct internal audits to assess the effectiveness of financial and operational controls, and coordinate the implementation of corrective actions.
- External Audit Liaison: Serve as the main point of contact for external auditors and ensure the successful implementation of their recommendations. 

Requisitos

- Background: Strong professional experience in Accounting and Auditing.
- Languages: Fluent English is mandatory, as you will be working in an international business environment.
- Education: Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is highly valued.
- Skills: Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively within a dynamic, fast- paced team.
