We are looking for a Team Lead LMS Administrator for a Shared Services Centre.

Funciones

 * Lead the LMS Administrator team
 * Liaise with other teams in Global Digital Learning to support the successful achievement of the global roadmap
 * Provide global and regional reporting as required
 * Monitor and track the LMS usage, course completion, etc., on a global and regional (or even country) basis
 * Secure quality assurance both of content delivery (parametrisation, upload and release) and maintenance of Library
 * Re-visit LMS administration processes to ensure a smooth delivery of learning content
 * Define and /or revisit processes for all new functionalities ensuring their successful roll out and continuity
 * Monitor and track the issues log making sure the team provides relevant and swift customer feedback with the SLA, ensure re-direction of issues to the relevant instance for resolution and monitor captain Boost emails to identify needs, gaps and opportunities for improvement
 * Create and ensure business partnership relationships with the regional teams, securing a thorough understanding of the regional learning administration needs for successful execution of the DLA team
 * Coordinate internal and external communications related to LMS platform performance
 * Support the learner engagement strategy by providing relevant data as required
 * Support the Global Digital Learning Manager in any other project or task required in scope

Requisitos

 * Degree in Business, IT or HR with education/experience in training and learning.
 * Experience directly managing a team of at least 3-4 people
 * Exceptional Customer service experience
 * Experience in LMS management and performance metrics
 * Understanding of digital learning concepts and tools
 * Ability to manage multiple-source data in order to drive the LMS to high quality, accuracy, allowing it to be consistently up-to-date.
 * Hands-on knowledge of authoring technologies, Intranet tools and multimedia applications
 * Organizational and communication skills, along with a strong working knowledge of MS Office, Excel and PowerPoint.
 * Languages skills: Fluent English is a must
 * Any other of the following languages is a real advantage: Spanish, Italian, French, German, Dutch, Portuguese
