- Sales and expansion of products and services with new and existing customers in the Spanish market.

 

- Fulfilment of the set sales and growth targets (order lines growth of existing customers, number of new customers, project sales, sales figures of defined products)

 

- Customer satisfaction (number of contract terminations by suppliers, reactivation of ex customers)

 

- Quality of projects handed over to the company

 

- Market development targets (total number of suppliers and dealers)

 

- Planning to increase awareness of the company´s brand and products (number of proactive contacts with customers due to marketing activities)

 

- Management of the Sales team in the Spanish market

 

-Acquisition of new customers

 

-Support of key accounts and existing customers

 

-Offer and contract preparation

 

-Price and contract negotiation

 

-Project preparation and handover to the internal organization

 

-Support and advice for customers in implementation of modern e-business processes

 

-Participation in trade fairs, roadshows and events

 

-Specific market planning/development and product placement

 

-Further development to lead the sales team


Perfil del candidato

- Commercial or IT-technical training or studies

 

- Sales experience in a comparable environment with a technical background

 

- Understanding digital products

 

- Very good applied English language skills, other languages advantagous

 

- Industry knowledge in hardware retail trade is an advantage

 

- Driving licence

- Sales talent and negotiation skills also at management level

- First disciplinary / lateral management experience

- High communication strength

- Ability to work in a team

- High self-organisation and self-motivation

- IT affinity

- Enthusiasm
